Terms of Service
Welcome to Talks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Talks app and services provided by AtaForge Inc. ("we", "us"). By using Talks, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Talks. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You register using your phone number and are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Talks to:
- Send spam, harass, threaten, or abuse others.
- Share illegal content or infringe others' rights.
- Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Impersonate others or access accounts without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Talks offers a free plan and a paid Premium subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the content you send. Because private chats are end-to-end encrypted and messages auto-delete, we do not access or store your message content beyond what is needed to deliver it. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep Talks running but provide the service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtaForge Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Talks.
8. Termination
You may stop using Talks and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Talks after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
